As a founder chairman of the company, he is in construction field for more than 32 years & has contributed towards agricultural prosperity of Maharashtra by providing various irrigation & transport facilities. He has successfully executed various projects for Government, Semi-Government, Corporate sector as well as Co-operative sector. Mr. Kadam with his managerial & planning skills has consistently succeeded in implementation & completion of some of most critical projects. Many of these have been awarded & appreciated by the concerned authorities for maintaining utmost quality & time consciousness.

Director and Vice Chairman of “Janata Sahakari Bank Ltd”., Pune, from year 1996 till 31st December 2018 having its business mix for more than 15000 Crores. It has 72 branches all over Maharashtra and Gujarat. It is 7^th largest Co-operative Bank in India having a state of art data centre with all branches connected through networking.

As a President from September 2006 to September 2018 of Shri Shivaji Raigad Smarak Mandal , Pune which was formed by Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak in the year 1895. Through this Mandal, Shiv-Punyatithi is organized every year at Raigad fort. Many activities related to life scale of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj are organized by this mandal.

Trustee in Maharaja Shivchhatrapati Pratishthan, Pune - Constructing historical theme park 'Shiv Shrushti' on a land area of about 21 acres having estimated cost to the tune of Rs.300 crores, near Pune on Mumbai-Bangalore highway, Ambegaon & also an organizer of Asia’s No.1 stage show viz. ‘Janata Raja’ on Chhatrapati Shivaji’s life with noted historian Shivshahir Babasaheb Purandare.

Trustee of Deccan Education Society which was formed in the year 1885 by Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak ,Gopal Ganesh Agarkar and Mahadev Ballal Namjoshi which has rich legacy. Some of its very prestigious colleges are Fergusson College, Pune, BMCC - Pune, Institute of Management Development and Research – Pune, Kirti M Doongursee College - Mumbai, Willingdon College - Sangli

Was elected as a Chairman of Pune University Student Council in the year 1985 – 1986. Senate member of Savitribai Phule Pune University in the year 1985 – 1986 .

Member of Pune Zilha Shikhshan Mandal, Pune having total 161 number of schools & colleges in all over Pune District with student strength of more than 86000.

Working as a director on the board of self finance university called as 'Flame University'.

He has been felicitated by an award ‘Vyapar Seva’ by Federation of Association of Maharashtra, Mumbai & ‘Business Express, Sangli in the year 1999.

Accredited ‘Sthapatya Bhushan’ award by ‘Women’s Development, Education & Public Welfare Foundation, Kolhapur’ for remarkable achievement in Civil & Infrastructure field.

Mrs. Mohana Kadam is an architect by profession. She graduated from J. J. College of Architecture and got her Masters in Architecture (Urban Design) from C.E.P.T. Ahmedabad.

Worked in MMRDA as an Urban designer from 1996 to 1997 for the project at Bandra Kurla Complex. Afterwards done private practice from 1998 since 2006
